Cucumber sandwiches

mayonnaise7 tbsp

1With a hand mixer mix cream cheese (softened) and mayonnaise in a small bowl until smooth.cream cheese (softened): 8 oz, mayonnaise: 3 tbsp

2Stir in dill (chopped) , chives (chopped) , garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste.dill (chopped): 2 tsp, chives (chopped): 1 tsp, garlic powder: 1/4 tsp, salt, pepper

3Spread bread (sliced) slices with cream cheese mixture.bread (sliced): 1 loaf

4Thinly slice English cucumber .English cucumber: 1

5Layer cucumber slices over half of the bread slices.

6Top with additional herbs if desired.

7Top with remaining bread slice, remove crusts if desired and cut each sandwich into 3 pieces.

8Serve immediately or cover and store up to 24 hours.

13Divide cucumber slices over half of the bread slices.

15Stack the other half of the bread slices with spread sides down over the cucumber slices to make sandwiches.
